Hierarchie bei Widersprüchen:Hierarchy in case of conflicts: Sollten Konflikte zwischen Dokumenten bestehen, gilt folgende Vorrangregel: (1) Individueller schriftlicher Vertrag mit CAVORA PARTNERS, (2) zugehörige Anhänge (DPA, NDA, SLA), (3) diese Preisliste in der zum Vertragsabschluss gültigen Fassung, (4) AGB, (5) EULA. Bei abweichenden mündlichen Zusicherungen ist stets die schriftliche Fassung verbindlich. In case of conflicts between documents, the following hierarchy applies: (1) Individual written contract with CAVORA PARTNERS, (2) associated annexes (DPA, NDA, SLA), (3) this price list in the version valid at contract conclusion, (4) GTC, (5) EULA. In case of deviating oral assurances, the written version is always binding.
